Mr. Easton McKinley

Mr. Easton McKinley is an accountant and co-founder of TMP. As managing director, Mr. McKinley continues to take a hands-on attitude in every aspect of the business he founded and the industry that nurtured him. He is responsible for new product design and research. He also liaisons personally with the company's clients.

Mr. McKinley has a long association with Alcan Products of Jamaica (ALPROJAM) having worked with the company for 11 years and served in the capacities of production and sales supervisor. ALPROJAM was formerly known as Sprostons and Mr. McKinley worked as an accounting clerk before the company diversified and entered the roofing business. Prior to this valuable experience, Mr. McKinley worked as an accounting clerk with H.G. Robinson a well-known motor vehicle dealer on Hanover Street in Kingston.

He attended Scholefield Elementary school in Santa Cruz before moving to Kingston to attend Durham and St. George's Extension College where he completed courses in accounting. His accounting experience has helped tremendously in running the company.

Mrs. Isolin McKinley is co-founder of TMP and serves in several other capacities including:

• Director of Administration & Corporate Sales
• Secretary

As executive director, Mrs. McKinley is responsible for the company's financial planning and the day-to-day operations.

Mrs. McKinley worked for several years with the National Workers Union (NWU). She was appointed secretary to the President of the Union (Mr. Tossie Kelly at the time). Prior to this appointment she served the NWU as a stenographer for a number of years.

She attended Santa Cruz Elementary school before moving to Kingston where she attended Windsor High school.

Mr. John McKinley is responsible for sales and roofing installation. He also inspects completed roofing installations and is responsible for all equipment and machinery and runs the Tool & Die Repair Shop. TMP's preventative maintenance programme has been a key aspect of its cost efficiency and quality assurance.

John studied electronics at (RETS) in Florida, USA and is an (ASE) Certified Mechanic.

Ms. Judith Mckinley

Ms. Judith McKinley is responsible for the company's accounting functions, as well as credit and collections and sales. Judith has been working in various capacities for the 21 years she has worked at the family-owned company.

Judith is a graduate of Duff's Business College and she received an Associates of Arts (AA) Degree from Broward Community College (BCC), Florida, USA.
